Hello, So I am new and I have asked my guild and searched wiki for it. All I found was this

the broken life tablet is a quest item. its for the witch quest in the elya desert regine. i believe it goes that the witch is perplexed at why the sand golems keep returning. you probably looted it from a sand golem. you collect three tablets and combine them with invent action. return to witch for reward.
