Having trouble finishing this. I have the Death mark. yet I am unable to find Rintar's Assistant, I know where he is supposed to be, yet he will not show as part of the quest. I have used the Wiki, but still unable figure this out. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Hmm, seems like you can't even start the quest then? Did you fully finish Exiled Warriors?
